Total Quality Management


At our weekly TQM (Total Quality Management) meetings, our employees are helped to overcome obstacles they might have had in the week so that they can continually improve the way they work. It is at these meetings where we update our staff of any changes needed to be made. By listening to our employee’s problems and concerns we are sure to improve the quality and management of our company.

Monthly Kick-Off meetings

Be motivated, educated and empowered to make the difference at our monthly kick-off meetings. We let our employees know the status of our monthly goals by showing them what we set out to do and what we did, giving them the chance to measure themselves and the opportunity to do even better the next month. The employee of the month award is given to show our appreciation of the hard work put out by our employees. Besides presenting our new monthly goals, we also present the tools, inspiration and resources needed in order to kick-off another enjoyable and productive month at Window Works.

Annual Kick-Off meeting

This is the time to show our team the “game plan”. We don’t expect our employees to get into the game without knowing the score, so at the beginning of each fiscal year we inform each and everyone of our employees of how we did the year before and where the company is headed. This truly inspirational meeting is one that will reflect on the previous year showing what we accomplished and what got neglected. To motivate and show our gratitude for extra hard work, bonuses are given as a result of exceeded yearly goals. We then present our new business plan for the year, breaking it down monthly and weekly. By providing and assigning tasks we will insure that everyone has a helping hand in reaching our year’s goal. At the end of this meeting our employees will be truly motivated to have a helping hand in improving the quality and financial growth of WINDOW WORKS.
